١. البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع البيانات التالية عند تسجيلك في التطبيق:

• معلومات الحساب: الاسم الأول، اسم العائلة، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، كلمة المرور (مشفرة)
• معلومات طبية: فصيلة الدم، الجنس، تاريخ آخر تبرع
• معلومات الموقع: المدينة، العنوان (اختياري)
• معلومات الجهاز: رمز الجهاز (Device Token) لإرسال الإشعارات
• معلومات طلبات الدم: إذا كنت منشئ طلب، نقوم بتخزين بيانات الطلب مثل فصيلة الدم المطلوبة، المستشفى، المدينة، رقم التواصل، واسم المسؤول

٢. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• ربط المتبرعين: نستخدم فصيلة الدم والمدينة لمطابقتك مع طلبات الدم المناسبة
• الإشعارات: نرسل إشعارات فورية للمتبرعين المناسبين عند إنشاء طلب دم جديد
• تحسين الخدمة: نستخدم البيانات بشكل مجمع لتحسين أداء التطبيق وخدماته
• التواصل: نستخدم رقم هاتفك للتواصل بين المتبرع وصاحب الطلب عند الاستجابة لطلب التبرع

٣. مشاركة البيانات

لا نشارك بياناتك الشخصية مع أي طرف ثالث إلا في الحالات التالية:

• عند الاستجابة لطلب دم: يتم مشاركة اسمك ورقم هاتفك فقط مع صاحب طلب الدم لتنسيق عملية التبرع
• الأطراف المخولة: قد نشارك بياناتك إذا تطلب الأمر بموجب القانون أو لحماية حقوقنا القانونية

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية أو نؤجرها لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.

٤. أمان البيانات

• كلمات المرور مشفرة باستخدام خوارزميات التجزئة الآمنة (bcrypt)
• جميع البيانات تُنقل عبر اتصال آمن (HTTPS)
• رموز الوصول (API Tokens) تُستخدم للمصادقة وتنتهي صلاحيتها بعد فترة
• نستخدم Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) لإرسال الإشعارات بشكل آمن

٥. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما أن حسابك نشط. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من خلال التطبيق أو بالتواصل معنا، وعندها سنقوم بحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال فترة زمنية معقولة. قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات المجمعة (غير الشخصية) لأغراض إحصائية.

٦. حقوقك

لديك الحق في:

• الوصول: طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية
• التعديل: تحديث وتصحيح بياناتك من خلال صفحة الملف الشخصي
• الحذف: يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل مباشرة من صفحة الملف الشخصي في التطبيق، أو بالتواصل معنا عبر رقم المطور
• سحب الموافقة: إلغاء الموافقة على معالجة بياناتك في أي وقت

٧. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) وتقنيات التتبع

لا يستخدم التطبيق ملفات تعريف الارتباط. قد نستخدم تقنيات تحليلية مجمعة لفهم كيفية استخدام التطبيق وتحسينه، ولكن دون تحديد هوية المستخدمين.

٨. خدمات الطرف الثالث

يستخدم التطبيق الخدمات التالية:

• Firebase (Google): لإرسال الإشعارات الفورية وتحليلات التطبيق
• Laravel Sanctum: للمصادقة الآمنة وإدارة الجلسات

٩. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن ١٨ عامًا. لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا اكتشفنا أن طفلًا دون ١٨ عامًا قدم لنا معلومات شخصية، سنقوم بحذفها فورًا.

١٠. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر. سنقوم بإعلامك بأي تغييرات عن طريق تحديث صفحة السياسة داخل التطبيق. نوصي بمراجعة هذه الصفحة بشكل دوري.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following data when you register in the app:

• Account Information: First name, last name, phone number, email (optional), password (encrypted)
• Medical Information: Blood type, gender, last donation date
• Location Information: City, address (optional)
• Device Information: Device token for push notifications
• Blood Request Information: If you create a request, we store the blood type needed, hospital, city, contact number, and responsible person's name

2. How We Use Your Data

• Donor Matching: We use blood type and city to match you with suitable blood requests
• Notifications: We send push notifications to eligible donors when a new blood request is created
• Service Improvement: We use aggregated data to improve app performance and services
• Communication: We use your phone number for communication between donor and request owner when you respond to a donation request

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any third party except in the following cases:

• When responding to a blood request: Your name and phone number are shared only with the request owner to coordinate the donation
• Legal Authorities: We may share data if required by law or to protect our legal rights

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

• Passwords are encrypted using secure hashing algorithms (bcrypt)
• All data is transmitted over secure connections (HTTPS)
• Access tokens (API Tokens) are used for authentication and expire after a period
• We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for secure notification delivery

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us, and we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period. We may retain some aggregated (non-personal) data for statistical purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Edit: Update and correct your data through the profile page
• Delete: You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the profile page in the app, or by contacting us via the developer's phone number
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

7. Cookies and Tracking

The app does not use cookies. We may use aggregated analytics to understand how the app is used and improve it, without identifying individual users.

8. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following services:

• Firebase (Google): For push notifications and app analytics
• Laravel Sanctum: For secure authentication and session management

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
